With roots in Munich and mastery gained in Shanghai, I developed a method that targets the very source of modern stress.
We have become masters at 'Switching On' and constant performance. Yet, we have lost the ability to biologically 'Switch Off'—to activate the parasympathetic state that ensures true recovery.

In many traditional medical systems, a human being is not just a body and a brain, but an interconnected field of body, mind, and vital energy.
We draw primarily from two lineages:
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM): Working with a subtle energy system (Qi) that flows through meridians and points.
Ayurveda and Marma Science: Traditional Indian medicine focusing on vital energy points and pathways in the body.
In these traditions, practitioners are trained to perceive imbalances in this field and work with them—sometimes through touch, sometimes from a distance.
Our method does not copy any single technique one-to-one. It is a standalone protocol developed within this shared philosophical and practical understanding, refined over 20 years of direct experience.
Our guiding question was: "How can the depth of these traditions be transferred to the intense, screen-heavy, and time-scarce reality of modern work?"

From a Western scientific perspective, your autonomic nervous system is constantly scanning for danger and safety. Under chronic pressure, it can shift towards "danger"—even without an acute threat.

No. The Munich Resilience Lab offers relaxation sessions to promote resilience and well-being. We do not diagnose, treat illnesses, or claim to heal. Our services do not replace medical treatment, psychotherapy, or other medical services.
Can you guarantee specific results?
